Bronze Casting Process:

In this process, a sand mold is meticulously crafted around the master pattern. This mold becomes the exact negative replica of the pattern’s surface, preserving every contour and detail. Our artisans skillfully prepare the mold, ensuring that it perfectly encapsulates the pattern’s form.

During this critical step, the investment—essentially a ceramic shell—is meticulously created around the wax investment that faithfully replicates the original pattern. This ceramic shell forms a heat-resistant outer mold, which is essential for the metal casting process.
Once the ceramic shell is in place, the burnout process begins. The entire assembly is subjected to high temperatures within a kiln, where the wax is intentionally melted away, leaving behind a hollow cavity within the ceramic shell. This cavity is the precise inverse of the original master pattern, ready to receive the molten bronze.
The bronze melting and casting stage is where artistry and science converge to give birth to your envisioned masterpiece. Molten bronze, heated to its precise pouring temperature, is skillfully poured into the prepared ceramic shell.
