Bronze Casting Process:

Once the ceramic shell is in place, the burnout process begins. The entire assembly is subjected to high temperatures within a kiln, where the wax is intentionally melted away, leaving behind a hollow cavity within the ceramic shell. This cavity is the precise inverse of the original master pattern, ready to receive the molten bronze.

Molten bronze, heated to its precise pouring temperature, is skillfully poured into the prepared ceramic shell.
